We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to color as possible. However, due to photographic lighting sources, inconsistencies of various
monitors settings, we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. Furthermore, every individual may
see these colors differently.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms of Use and all transactions entered into on or through the Website and the relationship between You and Living Collections shall be governed in
accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and can be sued only in the Courts at Kottayam, Kerala.

• We usually ship all our orders within 2-3 days of receiving the order.

• The maximum order value would be 10,000 rupees.

• For bulk orders you can contact us by email.

• You can contact us to cancel the order till the time it is not dispatched.

• Once we dispatch your order you will receive an email on your registered email ID along with the tracking details. https://livingcollections.in/ reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met.

• The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

• Customers can CANCEL an order only before the Order has been shipped/Dispatched there will be no cancellation After the Product/s has been shipped, The Customer CANNOT Cancel the Order.

• However, an exchange is possible for all orders/products if a wrong or faulty item is received.

• Please provide an unboxing video of the product from start to end within 24hrs of receiving your delivery and submit your inquiry at livingcollections7@gmail.com

• If you fail to notify us within 24hrs of receiving your order, we cannot guarantee an exchange for your order.
